Hunting Trips

Barren Ground Caribou Hunts
1 person @ $7000
The Tombstone also has the pleasure of witnessing the famous Porcupine Caribou herd that migrates throughout the area various years. This is truly a remarkable experience to witness! This is a late season hunt that is typically hunted on foot, and because there is no guarantee of when they will migrate we book these hunts on call.
Yukon/Alaska Moose
1 person @ $23000
The Yukon has become the world’s hunting destination for a first class Alaska/Yukon Moose. The Alaska/Yukon Moose are of the largest subspecies of Moose within North America. The average span of their antlers range from 57”-60” and the Tombstone has been known for moose that exceed 70”. Nothing will get your heart pounding faster than seeing a moose that stands over 7’ at the shoulder that is being enticed by your guides call during the rut. Moose hunts are an excellent opportunity to harvest multiple species during your hunt.
Fannin/Dall Sheep Hunts
1 person @ $23000
We hunt both Fannin and Dall Sheep. You will notice a wide variety of color ranging from dark Stone to light Dall. Sheep hunting starts on August 1st and carries through until Mid September. However, it is not uncommon to harvest a sheep during a late fall Moose hunt as an extra animal. The weather at the beginning of August is typically warm but it starts to cool down by the end of the month.

Grizzly Bear Hunts
1 person @ $16000
Grizzlies are a trophy experience of a lifetime! There is a good population of grizzlies within the area, as they are managed well, so it is not uncommon to spot or see signs of bears throughout your hunt. We encourage hunters to book their Grizzly hunts in September and October, as their hides will be of better quality. Grizzly hunts make a good add on hunt for Moose, as it is quite typical to see a Grizzly in the later season hanging around existing carcasses.
Mountain Caribou Hunts
1 person @ $15000
The Tombstone has taken exceptional Mountain Caribou every year. We have a good population of the local Hart River herd in our area. Mountain Caribou are an excellent add-on to our sheep and moose hunts, or can be a separate hunt throughout our season.
