Our Team

Hi, I’m Tristram, and I’m the Founder and CEO of Dream Sporting Trips. I started the company in 2015, intent on providing one place where everyone could go to find their next hunting or fishing trip quickly and easily. Growing up on my family’s farm in the U.K., hunting and fishing became a passion of mine at a very young age. In 2002 I was fortunate enough to start working in the industry and since then I’ve never looked back.. Outside of the office you can find me fishing, hunting, dog training, scuba diving, spearfishing and watching sports (particularly rugby and American football). After Dream Sporting Trips became a reality in June 2015, I wanted to invest in fostering a place where incredibly talented individuals are empowered to put their best work forward. I believe we are accomplishing that with a great team. Let me introduce them to you…

Justin is a talented web developer and programmer. When I started Dream Sporting Trips, I knew we needed a very sophisticated, yet user-friendly website, and I immediately thought of Justin. He has built our website from the ground up and continues to look for ways to make it even better for the guides and outfitters as well as the sportsmen and women who come to the site in search of their dream sporting trip. Justin is also a great hunting and fishing buddy, and knows the industry well.

Jeff is our talented programmer and is experienced in PHP, HTML and JavaScript. He received his AS in Computer Science from State College of Florida in 2015, the same year that he joined Dream Sporting Trips. Now he is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology. In addition to designing websites in his spare time, he enjoys kayaking and fishing.

Dallas is our Administrative Assistant, and we’d be lost without her. She keeps our office organized and running smoothly and pitches in to help the rest of us whenever we need an extra hand. In her spare time, she hunts deer and hog with her father and goes saltwater fishing with her sister. Her enthusiasm for these sports is contagious!
