Built over twenty years ago as the private retreat to one of Guatemala’s most prominent sporting families, the newly renovated Casa Vieja Lodge is sure to delight guests who have angled the all over the world.

A majority of the lodge staff and Captains were employees of the original Fins ‘n Feathers Inn that began the Guatemala sportfishing industry and are all masters of guest relations as well as lifelong friends of many clients.

A spacious deluxe room equipped with either one king or two queen sized beds. Each room features local textiles and art, feather down pillows and comforter, office desk, and iHome®. Tucked away is a hair dryer and private in-room safe for added convenience.

Join us each morning at our own Café Pez Vela stocked with local Guatemalan coffee. Then in the cool evenings, join us under the Rancho with a fabulous four-course dinner featuring the finest cuisine on Guatemala’s Pacific coast, and a bar equally adept at a dry martini as well as a Mojito.
