For over 30 year's, Bruno Martel as been guiding hunts throughout Canada for caribou, moose, whitetail deer and the elusive black bear. Guiding is not something that Bruno does as a side line to another job, it is his only job. Most of the hunters that Bruno guides are repeat customer, attesting to both his expertise as a guide and his character as a business man. Alberta is internationally recognized for it's bear hunting, due to both the number and the large size of the bear found there. Aside from the illustrious black bear Alberta has many other color phase bears including blonde, cinnamon and chocolate bears. Our hunting success for bears is 150 % with many hunters declining to take a second bear. Approximately 70% of the bagged bears are trophies of 6 foot or more and weight from 250 to 325 pounds. We have taken many over 7 feet, 500 pounds + with rifle and bow. You also have the opportunity to hunt for magnificent wolves.
